No need to worry about city council approval, there is no need for the city to approve these type of structures.

Horizontal-esque Type
This type of structure consists of our new type of panels called the tongue and groove which are also used in the soldier wall. It can be plastered inside, painted outside, roofed with chromadeck sheets or asbestos sheets or even harvey tiles as seen in the picture below,
The panels and pillars are stronger because of the type of reinforcement used and the quality of concrete used during the manufacturing process.
Brick-esque Type
The brick-esque type is made of panels with a brick like impression on the panels. The panels have a vintage look because this type of panels have been around for since the 70s and we have improved them in terms of strength and quality.
